Expanding his skill set, Michael transitioned into civil construction as a machine operator before progressing to a leadership role in commercial and industrial development. As a project superintendent for a large-scale commercial construction firm, he spent several years overseeing complex projects, managing operations, and ensuring precision at every stage.

In 2017, Michael leveraged his extensive industry knowledge to establish his own practice, specializing in renovations, home additions, commercial renovations, and new construction. His expertise in creating functional and refined spaces—whether restoring existing structures or building from the ground up—sets him apart. Kristin Boughner, Vice President of the Brantford Home Builders' Association, holds diplomas from Mohawk College (2006) and Wilfrid Laurier University (2010). With over a decade of experience in personal and corporate finance, she brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to home design and construction. A passionate advocate for quality and aesthetics, Kristin has been designing, renovating, and building alongside Michael for more than fifteen years. While she plays a vital role behind the scenes, she serves as the central point of communication for clients, ensuring a seamless experience as they bring their vision to life.
